Shipping - Information & rates

The shipment of your order on UL-Fishing.be can be done in the following ways:

Delivery at home or at the office

• Via Bpost WITHOUT Track & Trace. Your order will be sent to the specified shipping address in a padded envelope. This envelope fits into the letterbox, so you don't have to be at home to receive the order.

Note: By default, the system will select the shipping method WITHOUT track & trace for your shipment, unless the volume of your order does not allow it.

• Via Bpost WITH Track & Trace. When you choose this option, you will immediately after the order receive an email with the track & trace, which allows you to follow the shipment of your parcel. This option also allows you to fix the delivery date of your package. Depending on the volume ordered, the order will be shipped in an envelope, box or tube (rod). If possible, the shipment will always be in an envelope.

Note: For some products (rods, mills, storage boxes,..) only the shipping WITH track & trace is activated.

Parcel locker (Only available in Belgium)

With this option you can have your parcel delivered in a pick-up point of your choice WITH Track & Trace.

Procedure:

You select the parcel locker of your choice and fill in the necessary information. You will receive an email or SMS if the package is available in the pickup point. If you have not collected the package within 2 days, you will receive a reminder. You will receive a final reminder if the package has not been collected after 4 days.

Advantages:

• Delivery the next working day;
• The package can be picked up from 11 o'clock on;
• Parcel locker near busy junctions, in stations and shopping malls;
• 24/7 accessible to the customer;
• The parcel will remain available in the parcel dispenser for 5 days.

Pick-up point

With this option you can have your parcel delivered in a parcel dispenser of your choice WITH Track & Trace.


Procedure:

You can choose 1 of the 1250 pickup points. You will be notified of the status of your shipment and can pick it up whenever it suits you.

Advantages:

• Delivery the next working day in the post point of your choice (post offices, post points in Delhaize, Spar, Press Shop, Relay, Total, Q8,...);
• The parcel can be picked up from 11 o'clock on;
• Always a pickup point with flexible opening hours at less than 5 km from your place of residence;
• The package will remain available for 14 days in the pickup point.

Pick up at the shop

Since we only carry out our trading activities online, we do not have a physical shop. Pick-up of orders is possible, but should be agreed in consultation.
